Rev. Rebecca (Becca) Bernard Minister
Rev. Bernard strives in her ministry to deeply affirm the wholeness and holiness of each being and to persistently remind us of our connectedness with each other and with all that is. Becca is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister and holds a Master of Divinity from the Starr King School for the Ministry. In addition to serving as quarter-time minister for the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Fairbanks, Becca is also an Affiliated Community Minister with the Anchorage Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and a per diem Chaplain with Providence Alaska Medical Center. In an earlier life, Becca practiced environmental law for 20 years and worked in communications and fundraising in environmental nonprofits before that. She lives in Anchorage with her spouse, two teenage children, and two middle-aged cats.
Molly Murray Director of Religious Education
Molly has been the Director of Religious Education at the UU Fellowship of Fairbanks since 2014 and has been attending since 2009. She is a lifelong Alaskan and mother of six children. She likes glitter, coffee, peanut butter, and religious studies. She is good at helping children grow and thrive but not so good with plants.

Mel Sikes Office Manager
Mel has been the office manager at the UU Fellowship of Fairbanks since fall of 2010. She moved to Fairbanks in 2006 when her husband Derek got a job at the UA Museum. She also works for Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District as their Natural Resource Education Specialist. Mel and Derek have 3 daughters who all live in Fairbanks. She loves to quilt and garden.
